We at tarung set out the terms under which we operate our platform—a sportsbook and live-dealer gaming service available only where local law permits. These terms explain your obligations when you join tarung, how we handle your deposits and withdrawals, and how disputes are resolved.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method at no cost. E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within minutes; bank transfers settle within one business day. We require that the name on your tarung account matches the name on your payment account to prevent money-laundering and fraud.

Your tarung balance is held separately from your personal bank accounts and is not covered by deposit insurance. We hold customer funds in segregated trust accounts and do not commingle them with operating capital.

Bonus Terms and Promotions

We offer promotional bonuses (welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal offers during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) that carry specific terms. We reserve the right to void, cancel, or void any bet or game outcome if we reasonably believe it is the result of fraud, system error, or breach of these terms. Bets may be cancelled if the underlying event is postponed, abandoned, or affected by circumstances beyond normal sporting rules (e.g., a match abandoned due to extreme weather).

• We settle bets according to official league or tournament rules and results.
• Live-dealer games settle based on the outcome shown in the live broadcast.
• Slots and Aviator settle based on the algorithmic outcome determined at bet placement.
• Disputes over settlement are resolved by our support team, with access to game footage or logs as evidence.

Responsible Conduct and Account Suspension

While we do not impose fixed limits, we encourage all users to manage their activity responsibly. If we believe your account shows signs of problematic behaviour (unusually rapid losses, erratic betting patterns, or self-reported concerns), we may reach out to you or temporarily restrict access to certain games.

If you disagree with a bet settlement or have a complaint, contact our support team via live chat or email. Provide as much detail as possible—your bet reference number, the date and time, and a clear description of your concern. We will investigate within two business days and respond with our findings. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to our senior support team for a second review.

We do not engage in binding arbitration for tarung disputes; instead, disputes are resolved under the applicable law of your jurisdiction. If you pursue legal action, you agree to do so in the courts or administrative bodies of your own jurisdiction, not in any court where tarung is located.
